Tonight (last night, the other night, last week, by the time for you the reader reads this, last year) I find myself at a sleep center to get a better understanding of my sleeping / snoring. Its a good thing to take ones health seriously and I am doing just that. For so long I took care of my mind; Now its time for my body… More updates to be shared soon. – Jermal

So I am done with my testing and well I am told I do have sleep apnea. I stop breathing in my sleep a average of 40 times per hour. Who knew! I sure as hell did not.
I was given an breathing treatment (a mask that forces air into my nose). At that point my snoring was almost eliminated and I was breathing throughout the remainder of the night. Now I wait a follow up and see where I go from here.
