Over many years I have used software without paying for it. Downloaded music and movies. Then about 6 years ago I started working for a software company and understood the value of a product and the hard work that goes into it. I stopped ‘stealing’ , you should too.
Yes when you download something you didn’t pay for its theft… A passage form the movie Pulp Fiction came to mind and I’d like to share that with you all.
“The truth is, you’re the weak, and I’m the tyranny of evil men. But I’m trying, I’m trying real hard to be the shepherd.”
Point I am trying to make is that when you pirate things you are taking away the value of the software, the movie, the music and that of the hard work that goes into it. I thought I’d never be one to say this, but the reality of it all is so evident especially when there are so many free or alternatives existing today.
