I ran into the following error under the plugin section of OpenMediaVault after a clean install. Google Survay Question on Searches

There seems to be some new search behavior when using Google to search for things. Apparently when you go to search for something you get a survey question asking “Did you find what you wanted on this page?”. I have never encountered this before so it must be.
