Looking for new ways to make my healthy prepared meals interesting and Pinterest worthy I decided to prep my salads in a mason jar. Not only does it keep my salad creations fresh, it looks awesome.

This Salad-In-A-Jar consists of: Edamame, Chickpeas, Carrots, Broccoli, Kale, Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion and Bell Pepper – Largest portion of the salad consisting of the kale and spinach mix.  All others ingredients are measured in 1/3 cup parts.

At the top of each mason jar is a paper towel to absorb any moisture keep all ingredients crisp for eating threw-out the week.
