For the avgInternetJoe this may be news. Things like this have existed for a while now. Such as the TOR network. I like the idea that big boys such as Google are looking to assist those repressed from the full extend of the web.

There seems to be some new search behavior when using Google to search for things. Apparently when you go to search for something you get a survey question asking “Did you find what you wanted on this page?”. I have never encountered this before so it must be.
